1. Overview

At Bonafide Pet Nutrition, we are committed to the health and wellness of your pets. Because of the specialized nature of our nutritional products and the personalized time dedicated to our counseling services, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds and returns.

2. Pet Supplements & Physical Products

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our fulfillment process (direct-from-manufacturer shipping) and strict health and safety protocols for ingestible pet supplements, all sales of vitamins and supplements are final. * Safety & Integrity: We cannot accept returns on opened or unopened supplements to ensure the chain of custody and safety for all our feline and canine clients.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us at sarahbonafidepetnutrition.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and product. We will work with our fulfillment partners to issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Pet Nutrition Counseling Services

We value the time set aside for your pet's consultation. Refunds for professional services are handled as follows:

  • Cancellations with Notice: A full refund will be issued for counseling services if a cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, at the discretion of Bonafide Pet Nutrition.

  • Completed Services: Once a nutritional consultation has been conducted and a custom plan or report has been delivered, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request regarding a service cancellation or a damaged product, please email sarahbonafidepetnutrition.com  with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
